How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Flynk account, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our support team at emilianoappdev@gmail.com
- Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
- Provide your account email that you used to register with Flynk
- Confirm your identity by including any additional verification details if requested
- Specify your request - whether you want complete account deletion or data export before deletion

Processing Timeline
We will process your account deletion request within:
- Initial Response: Within 24-48 hours of receiving your request
- Account Deletion: Within 7-14 business days after verification
- Data Purge: Complete removal within 30 days of account deletion
Data Deletion Details
✅ Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account Information: Email, name, and profile details
- Profile Data: Location, age, gender, interests, languages, and social media links
- Flight Data: All flight numbers and associated travel information
- App Usage Data: Analytics, preferences, and interaction history
- Device Information: IP addresses, device identifiers, and technical logs
- Communication Records: Support tickets and email correspondence
⚠️ Data That May Be Retained
- Legal Compliance: Data required for legal obligations or regulatory requirements
- Security Logs: Anonymized security and fraud prevention data (retained for 90 days)
- Backup Systems: Data in backup systems (automatically purged within 30 days)
- Aggregated Analytics: Completely anonymized usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
Important Considerations
- Irreversible Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- Data Export: You can request a copy of your data before deletion
- Third-Party Services: Data shared with Supabase, FlightAware, and other services will also be deleted
- App Store Accounts: This only affects your Flynk account, not your App Store or Google Play account
- Re-registration: You can create a new account in the future if desired
